1. Introduction and Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the xis6s platform and all its services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration

xis6s may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, birth registration certificate or passport to verify a user's identity. If identity verification is not completed within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended. This process is essential to ensure financial security.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password strong and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3. Age Verification
xis6s is intended for persons aged 21 or over only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Online gaming and betting are forms of adult entertainment and are not suitable for minors.
By declaring your age at registration, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. xis6s may request valid proof of identity at any time to verify age. If a false age is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any winnings may be forfeited.
If there are minor members in your household, keep your login details secure and away from them. The use of parental control software is recommended.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on xis6s: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
- Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A successfully submitted withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- xis6s reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of unusual transaction activity.
- If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, that portion of funds cannot be withdrawn.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
xis6s strictly follows an anti-money laundering (AML) policy. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) — meaning the bonus funds become withdrawable only after betting ten times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own terms and validity period.
- A bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within a specified period.
- If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
5.3 VIP Program
xis6s has three VIP tiers. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on regular play:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP benefits are not exchangeable for cash, and xis6s reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Policy
All betting and gaming activities on xis6s are governed by the following policies:
- Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, xis6s reserves the right to cancel that bet.
- The rules of individual game providers apply — the rules of the respective provider will be followed for games from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming.
- When contesting the outcome of a bet, the game provider's logs will be considered final.
6.2 Special Rules for Cricket Betting
Betting on all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC Champions Trophy will be conducted in accordance with the applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bets will be voided and the original stake returned.
6.3 Sports Betting Policy
In cases of suspected match fixing or corrupt activity, the relevant bets may be suspended until an investigation is completed. The same policy applies to football, kabaddi and other sports betting.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xis6s platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage or any systematic attempt to circumvent bonus terms.
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform's software.
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Creating an account using false information.
- Using a third party's credit card or payment method.
- Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension or Closure by xis6s
xis6s may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification or failure to submit required documents.
- Court order or legal obligation.
8.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Before your account is closed, please apply to withdraw any eligible funds. After account closure, no bonuses or pending promotions may be claimed.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, xis6s may take action in accordance with the relevant policy after providing prior notice.
9. Responsible Gaming
